Appearance
To change your Sim's appearance one time in the game, click on the Clothes button at the bottom or directly click your Sim & go to Change Appearance. In case you have put in the wrong name for your Sim, you can also edit that here. You can feel free to mould your Sim in your own picture, or make somebody that looks different. Their appearance has no effect on your Sim's lives, & it can be changed at will one time in the game proper. You can't change your Sim's gender, though this may be something that is added in later for SimCash.
