Get Skullies Quickly
I will list all the ways I know of:
a) If you usually get a gold medal on level 3, play it lots of times.
b) If you usually get a gold medal on level 5, play it lots of times.
c) If you score high on nightmare survival, play it lots of times.
d) If you know a cheat code to get an item* then type it in to save skullies.
e) If none of the above apply, just play the same level lots of times to save time.**
* Cheat code for fred ninja: mystery box, muscle man, stone face, grimmy.
** Obviously you will waste time waiting for the menu to load if you switch level.
