What to do after warped in II part 2
This is part 2 of the "WTDAWI" series! Enjoy!
Crafting a workbench
The first thing you'll want to do is dig a price of dirt. To dig it, just tap or click on it. You can use you hands or your spade to mine it. Using your hands will be slower than mining it with a spade but will still get you what you need in a decent amount of time. To mine it with your spade, tap/click on the spade in your inventory, tap/click on the dirt peice. Keep in mind that you can partially mine it with your hands and do the rest with your spade, because once you have mined part of the dirt block it will stay partially mined. Now, head back to the portal that you were warped in from and select the option "Workbench" for a peice of dirt. Then, once it's created, select it in your inventory and tap/click on the air above the ground to place it. (The workbench must be placed in order to be accessed)
Trees, sticks, and wood
If you look at what you can craft at the workbench, you will see the first option is "campfire". You will need ten sticks in order to make it. Well, you ask yourself, how in the world do I get sticks? Well, you can do it just from mining tree branches. You can tap on the tree leaves to mine it. Tapping on the center of the tree will get you wood, which can be used for feuling the fire, building houses, and crafting woodworked items. But if there are no trees in sight, tap near the blackness on the edge of your screen to explore a bit and see if you can find any trees there. Once you find one, get to mining!
Campfires and lighting
Now that you have some sticks in your inventory, you can head back and craft that campfire. Campfires provide heat and light, so I your cold go near the campfire or if you need light place a campfire near you. Of corse, the campfire must be placed to be used, so do the same as you did with the workbench and place it. If you have any extra sticks you can make torches, which are used to provide lighting when mining or to light up a house. You can also make lanterns later on in the game, but we'll get to that later. Right now I have to tell you something that is very important; NEVER. And I mean NEVER EVER place a campfire near anything wooden; trees, wood blocks, doors, beds, trapdoors, etc. For they could easily light on fire and damage your blockheads' health.
Well, that's enough for now. I'll post part three tomorrow X) Films
