Go to the island with the volcano in the background and make sure you have only two pygmies. Once you've done that, tap on the arrow on the top left and tap the three stars. Then go to tribe stats. Then tap on one of the two pygmies names and change it to Gracy.P, and leave the other alone. Then get Gracy.P and let it drop above the other pygmy. It should make Gracy.P a girl. This might only work on some ipods depending on if you update your pocket god or not.
