Pygmy eat Pygmy body without head
Go to the island with the volcano in the back then grab the coconut on the tree then drop it on a pygmy's head so it cracks into two parts.Make a pygmy eat the coconut but right before he eats it make them dance/sing then you will see a pygmy's body and he will eat it.
