This can only be done later in the game. First, you must become a vampire. Once done, start putting all your experience points into your common disciplines. Only put one point into each ability until you have gotten the discipline "Awaken". This allows you to bring back one person (enemy or partner) back from the dead. Note: You cannot use it on yourself. Whenever you have killed an enemy, you can have them reborn using Awaken. However they will only have a fraction of their health and are easy to kill. You will gain the same amount of experience points for everyone in your party each time you kill them. This trick takes up a lot of your blood; make sure to stock up.
Once you learn the Tome Of Blood Magic, put all your experience into your "Theft Of Vitae" discipline. This allows you to instantly take a great amount of blood from the enemy. Once you kill an enemy, Awaken them and quickly use Theft Of Vitae to refill your blood meter. Then, kill them again for the experience. Repeat this process to gain as much experience as desired. Note: This will take a long time to do. It is best used on an enemy that offers a lot of experience points. Tremere Lords (the mages in green robes) offer 500 for each kill. Either that, or a Boss are perfect for use.
