By collecting "Pivots" while palying the game you can unlock cheats like Infinite Ammunition, unlock Semi-Automatic weapon, change Weather, etc. you will find them in your "Option" menu:

• Unlock Semi-Automatic - Ranged weapons without reload time between shots.
• Unlock Sun And Moon - Change day and night.
• Unlock Thunder Kill - Thunder & lightning after each kill.
• Unlock Weather Man - Change weather.
• Unlock Infinite Ammunition - Unlimited pistol ammo & arrows.
• Unlock Killing Spree - Allowed to assassinate enemies while not in stealth mode.
• Unlock Made Of Steel - Enable Invincibility.
• Unlock Ninja - Enemy AI disabled; enemies will not see or hear you.
• Unlock Recruit - Infinite recruit tokens.
• Unlock Season Changer - Change to summer or winter.
