How to find Living Fossil
To find this animal, you must have re-opened COTG. It will not be there when you first enter it! After you open it, go in it, swim to the Piillars of Shadow, and you should see a...large whit coelacanth. That, my friends, is the Living Fossil/Emperor. Take a picture of it for additional info.
