To unlock the following Costumes, complete the following tasks:

| Big Time | Look behind the red bleachers, on the glass when you are in Times Square |
| Black suit | Beat the game once with 100% completion |
| Classic Spider-man | Unlocks after activation of the Rhino Challenge DLC |
| Cross Species | Beat the game once |
| Future Foundation | Search 1 block at the right-side of north bridge behind the gas station store in a very small alley |
| Negative Zone | At the top of Beenox building, 2nd building inward from Brooklyn-Bridge. |
| Scarlet Spider (2012) | At the fountain (At the Central Park) walk north to the bridge. Use your camera to unlock the costume. |
