Stuck on objective "active the console" and i activate it. after that enemies are incoming and i killed them all(7 enemies) but no door opened... please reply!...

Cant end this mission because im stuck at the end objectives kill xenos and destroy crystal.. i kill all xenos and destroy crystal after that i dont know what to do?...

How do you get passed the area with green lava ive got the three triggers hit and all but one crate left and i can't figure out how to get the other one down....
