• Ben Reilly (no abilities): Beat Venom the first time
• Captain Universe (invincible, unlimited webbing, does 2x damage): Complete the game on Hard Mode
• Quick Change Spidey: Score over 10,000 points in zip-line training
• Scarley Spidey (no abilities): Beat Rhino once
• Spidey 2099 (does 2x damage): Collect all Comic Books
• Spidey Unlimited (invisible to all except bosses): Beat the game twice on same difficulty
• Symbiote Spidey (unlimited webbing, does/can take extra damage): Beat the game on any difficulty
