The Ballad of Davy Crockett

Insert the second disc of the Limited Edition 2-disc set and select (Supplemental Material). In this menu, highlight the menu entry (A Conversation With Fess Parker). Now press the [Right] arrow key on your remote control and Davy's cap will be highlighted. Press [Enter] and you will be treated to a clip of Fess Parker singing "The Ballad of Davy Crockett" from an episode of Disneyland.
