Pause the game and press Up, Up, Down, Down, L, R, L, R, B, A to get the Lv1 Speed upgrade, Max Bomb upgrade, Max Laser Upgrade, Max Option upgrade and a shield....

To unlock ''Challenge A'' just clear the game once. Then it can be selected from the main menu....
