CPU controlled Bobblen
To get Bob, the blue Dinosaur, beat the final boss in level 100. When you start a new game press start and select 'bobblen' at the pause screen. You'll notice the little guy will say thank you and then come to your aid. You can do this everytime he runs out of lives.
