Getting a very good electric monster
If Fanges is on level 20, it should evolve. Let him if you are on level 30 with Fenbuled (evolved Fanges) then let it reform evolve with an R-Gun it will become a good monster with the attacks: Attack, Defend, Assault, and Vmissle. This monster can take on every monster with the same or lower level.
