Cards collecting and list of Cards

Cards are special pick-ups that give certain bonuses when the player picks them up in levels. Cards can be found in random destroyable crates in the level. The presence of cards in a level is random and small, although the the chances can be increased in a few different situations. Cards, while playing a level, appear to be a small rectangle with a star in the middle and white indentation on the top left and bottom right OR appear to be white with a stopwatch on it. Once collected, the level must be fully completed in order to gain the card-if you die before finishing the level, you will lose that card and will need to randomly come across it again. There is no way to predetermine what exact card the moment you pick it up-it can be viewed on the collect stars screen after completing the level.The roster of cards that you currently have can be viewed in the main menu by pressing the stats button (on the left of the START button), and pressing the button that looks like the star. Each separate card has its own number, to be placed on the card roster-and each Permanent card can only be discovered ONCE. There is no bonus stacking. All of these cards have a unique art on them, which can be viewed in the card roster.

There are a total of 32 cards that can be collected in the game. There are two types of cards-Permanent bonus cards and Temporal bonus cards.

First of all, there are Permanent bonus cards. These cards look blue, with a star in the middle and white indentations on the top left and bottom left. After gaining the card after finishing the level, you immediately gain the said bonuses on the card for the rest of the game-hence "permanent" bonus cards. There are two types of Permanent bonus cards-regular bonus cards, and golden bonus cards. In the level, while flying and being picked up, these cards appear the same. The golden bonus cards will have a gold border and gold pattern/number when viewed. The cards will go to the card roster for your viewing.

Temporal bonus cards are different from Permanent bonus cards-they appear white, with a small stopwatch icon on it. After finishing the level, and gaining the card, you will get the specific bonus stated on the card for exactly 15 minutes. The bonuses are listed below. After gaining a card, the card will go in the card roster-and after the bonus's time depletes, the card will remain on the roster, for your viewing. temporal cards will be all on the bottom row, appearing blue on the front and back. It is not possible to get more than one Temporal bonus card at a time. One can also gain temporal bonus cards by watching the ads in the shop and getting the gifts-the chance of getting one in one of those is around 1 in 3 or 1 in 4.

There are 30 cards in total-15 regular permanent bonus cards, 9 golden permanent bonus cards, and 6 temporal cards. Each card goes in number order, so for neatness's sake, we will go down the line consecutively. Cards 1-24 all permanent bonus cards (golds and regulars), and cards 25-30 are temporal bonus cards.

Card 01: LARGER HANGAR-increases your maximum hangar capacity by three planes.

Card 02 (golden): CARD DROP RATE INCREASE - slightly improves your chances of card drops in levels.

Card 03: LUCKY SHIELD - Once this card is obtained, in every level after, your ship will have a small chance to randomly spawn a half-degraded SHIELD power up once you take fatal damage. The appearance of the lucky shield doesn't affect the number of actual shields you have.

Card 04: REDUCED PLANE REDUCTION TIME: Reduces the time taken to rebuild 1 ship by around five minutes. Normally it would take around an hour, but it takes 55 minutes with this card.

Card 05/06: SUPPORT DRONE: Two separate cards. Each card, when obtained, with spawn 1 small drone that shoots tiny bullets on either your left or right (on the right for Card 05, on the left for card 06) next to your plane every time you start a stage. The drones will follow your ship around, and they cannot be destroyed by bullets-the drones will be destroyed only if your plane is destroyed. The color of the drones will change according to what type of ship you have equipped.

Card 07: REDUCED UPGRADE INSTALLATION TIME: Reduces all upgrade installation times by 5%.

Card 08: FASTER HUMAN RESCUING:Reduces the time that it takes to rescue all humans by .5 seconds. (end result:2.5 seconds for rescuing humans) This power up does not affect the shield, laser, and mega bomb dispensers. If the Ambulance plane is equipped, the time to rescue a human will be reduced to 5/6 a second instead of 1 second.

Card 09: MAIN WEAPON SUPERCHARGE - allows to charge your main cannon with two fingers, then release to shoot a devastating wave of bullets. SEE MAIN WEAPON SUPERCHARGE QUESTION ON THE QUESTIONS PAGE OF THIS SITE FOR MORE DETAILS ON THIS CARD AND ITS ABILITIES.

Card 10: INITIAL FIRE RATE UP - Increases the fire rate when starting a stage by 1 fire fate. You will begin the stage with 1 fire rate in your meter.

Card 11: SABOTAGE DISARMING FIELD ON STAGE 5 - Disables the pink disarming field on stage 5. It is replaced, however, with a slow, white tracking ball bullet with a tale. The white bullet, when you touch it, will disable your plane, just like the disarming field used to dos-but this card gives you the opportunity to complete the level by just shooting all of the obstacles and avoiding the white ball.

Card 12: INCREASE SHIP PART DROP RATE - Slightly improves your chances of a ship part being dropped in a level.

Card 13 (golden): INCREASED MISSILE DAMAGE - Marginally improves the homing missile damage of your ship.

Card 14 (golden): ACTIVATE LASER DISPENSERS - All over the stages in the game, you will come across a few medium sized-black triangle structures with a black circle in the middle of each of them. When this card is found, it will activate these structures all over the stages in the game-permanently-and the structures that spawn specifically lasers will glow yellow on the corners and will flash the yellow laser sign on the middle black circle. When their timer is fullfilled (by hovering over them for about 3.5 seconds and filling the circle, like rescuing a human), they will give you 1000 points and will spawn a laser power up. There are variations of these with the shield and mega bomb-each with their varying signs and colors-the black structure will still be the same.

Card 15 (golden): ACTIVATE MEGABOMB DISPENSERS - Same as laser dispenser-but spawns a megabomb instead.

Card 16 (golden): ACTIVATE ENERGY SHIELD DISPENSERS - Same as laser dispenser and megabomb dispenser-but spawns an energy shield instead.

Card 17: LONGER RESCUE ROPE - Makes the rescue rope when rescuing humans about 25% longer.

Card 18 (golden): UPGRADE PRICES REDUCED BY 10% - Upgrade prices are reduced by 10%. Fun fact: the word Rabais on the front of this card is French for the word coupon.

Card 19 (golden): HEALTH REGENERATION - Gives the ability to regenerate 1% of TOTAL MAXIMUM HEALTH every 1.7-ish seconds. Health will top regenerating upon hitting max health. The amount of max health will not matter, the ship will regenerate 1% of the MAXIMUM HEALTH OF THE PLANE.

Card 20: ENERGY SHIELD TO BEGIN WITH - Upon entering a stage, you will automatically have one energy shield in your load out before beginning the stage, in the clouds. Same goes for the laser and mega bomb counterparts.

Card 21: LASER TO BEGIN WITH - See card 20.

Card 22: MEGA BOMB TO BEGIN WITH - See card 20.

Card 23 (golden): INCREASED PLANE'S SPEED - Increases your plane's speed by a small percentage. Stacks with the slowing effects of the Iron Clad ship and the speed boost of the Swift Justice ship.

Card 24 (golden): SCORE BONUS + RETRO PLANE - Possibly the strangest card in the game. Upon gaining the card, every time one starts a match and plays with the classic red ship, the ship and the cloudy background will turn...Retro 8-bit. After choosing the ship and beginning the stage, the whole stage will appear to be in 8-bit format. The soundtrack of the level will be replaced by the classic 8-bit equivalent-including the boss fights. Things like the health bars on some enemies (especially on bosses) will not be clear, but it is worth it playing in such an interesting style. After gaining this card, there is no way to get the classic red ship back-the red ship will be forever replaced with the classic red 8-bit ship and its effects to each level.

TEMPORAL CARDS (25-30) - ALL EFFECTS LAST 15 MINUTES

Card 01: CARD DROP RATE INCREASE - While this card is active, increases the chances for a card (any card except another temporal card) to drop while this one is active.

Card 02: INCREASED MAGNET POWER - While this card is active, the magnet's power will be maxed out-you will have a max-upgraded magnet while this card is active. Doesn't permanently affect your actual magnet upgrade progress.

Card 03: MAXIMUM FIRE RATE - While this card is active, grants maximum fire rate upon starting a level-like the Limp Berserker ship, but your ship retain its normal hit points. If the card duration ends while you are in a level, you will keep your maximum fire rate stacks throughout the level.

Card 04: INSTANT PLANE PRODUCTION - While this card is active, your hangar will immediately reach maximum-and even if you lose a stage and your plane, the hangar will remain immediately at max.

Card 05: INSTANT UPGRADE INSTALLATION - While this card is active, reduces ALL upgrade installation times to a maximum of 1 minute.

Card 06: RANDOM POWER-UP AT MISSION START - While this card is active, while entering a stage to play, you will immediately gain one of three power ups in the load out screen. The chance to get any power up is completely equal-1/3 chance to get any power up.

Various Gameplay Tips

  • Tip 1: If you have zero intent of investing any real-life cash on this game, head over to the in-app purchase shop even. Among the added alternatives is to watch advertisements and get presents. Presents will usually consist of such goodies as free stars. The free presents reload after 3 hours, and while you cannot time cheat them, you can set push alerts in order to gather them as quickly as they prepare.
  • Tip 2: Return through each level to care for all your objectives for additional bonuses. It's almost difficult to care for each and every single objective at the same time, however, so return through and take on one objective at a time per play-through. Just ensure to endure to the end due to the fact that if you do not beat in charge, you will not be credited with finishing the objective, no matter just how much of it you completed.
  • Tip 3: Attack tanks as quickly as you see them if you are running a bit low on life. The majority of them will spit out hearts, when you get a heart, a few of your health is brought back. If you restore your health to complete then complete the level without losing anymore health, you will be credited with the "remain unblemished" objective.

Level 12 cant buy stuff at the level

Cant buy guns or shield or cant use it - there is a sign on the right. Sometime when i used the start bonus the ship cant move any more......
