Enter BEST as a cheat code from the main menu.	AL and NL All-Star players

Every hit a homerun

Well it's simple that cross in the circle always try and make the ball hit the top of the cross. Eazy.

Whenever u know u r going to get out (does not work 4 strikeouts) pause and go to whatever u can switch teams with, change teams and get out of the way.

Cheap Fielding Trick

Here's a nifty little underhanded way to cheat in All-Star: Wait until you're at bat, hit the ball anywhere, and then quickly pause the game and switch your controller to the other team. That way you can make the outfielder miss the ball, the SS miss an easy grounder, and so on.

Faster base running

Quickly tap Z to run to the next base or quickly tap R to return back to a base faster.

Extra pitches

Hold Z or L during game play in arcade mode to access more pitches, including a spit-fastball and screwball.

Keep a low ERA

Press Start to pause game play in season mode if a home run is hit against your pitcher. This must be done before the ball leaves the park. Select the "Bullpen" and "Bullpen To Mound" options to change your current pitcher for another player. After game play is resumed, the new pitcher will be charged with the home run, allowing the original pitcher to keep a lower ERA.
