When you get to the Dwarves camp where you battle many orcs with a Dwarve, he states that he will return to the Dwarven Mine and then dissapears.

If you use the near by portal to go back to Turint then come straight back to the Dwarven Camp portal he will return again.

However as all of the Orcs are already killed the mission is completed straight away and you get the bonus XP each time.

This should help you easily level up to around level 22-23 depending on your patience level for repeating this over and over.

If you exit the game you will simply have to fight the Orcs once more then you can repeat these steps again.
