Make the Allegany Suvive
When playing The Calvery on the Federation Campain separate the saucer section and destroy the warp drive section with your own fleet. Than the next time the borg attack let the saucer section be destroyed and you won't have to protect the Allegany anymore.

Make a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Note: You may need to toggle off the "Read Only" file attribute first. Use a text editor to edit the "art_cfg.h" file in the game directory. Change the "0" in the "GIVE_ALL_MISSIONS" line to "1".
