To Unlock these modes in the game simply get an ''A'' on the the following camps and then turn the mode on in the secrets section.

Defiance	Get an "A" on your first visit to Colditz.
First Person Mode	Get an "A" on your second visit to Colditz.
Guard Perception	Get an "A" on the Holding Camp (Camp 1)
Guard Size	Get an "A" on your first visit to Stalag Luft.
Top Down Mode	Get an "A" on your second visit to Stalag Luft.
