Drive a police car
Type your name: Copland and you will ride at policar at the start of the race !

Edit Car and Part Prices:
Make a backup copy of the file. Use a text editor to edit the "garage.ini" file in the game directory. Just find the part or car prices you want to edit and type in an appropriate new price.

Extra Money:
Make a backup copy of the file. First use a text editor to edit the "menu.ini" file in the game directory. Edit the amount of money in a current saved game. Start the game, load the edited save game, then save it in the same slow with a different name. Restart and load the saved game one final time to collect the extra money.
