The Sims: Superstar Cheat Codes

Cheat mode

Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + C during game play to display a prompt in the upper left corner of the screen.

Note: Enter [Exclamation point] at the prompt to repeat the last cheat entered. Enter a [Semi-colon] between codes to enter multiple codes at the same time. Additionally, most of the codes will only work with the unpatched version of the game.

hist_add	Add new family history stat to the current family
write_destlist	Appends the route destination list to AllRoutes.txt every time a route is found
auto_level	Architecture tools automatically set the level as needed
import <FAM file>	Automatically import and load indicated FAM file
house <house number>	Automatically load indicated house, no questions asked
prepare_lot	Check and fix required lot objects
flush	Completely flush app to VM file when running Windows NT

water_tool	Create moat or streams

swap_houses <house number> <house number>	Swap the two house files and updates families
sweep off	Ticks disabled
sweep on	Ticks enabled

visitor_control	Toggle allowing visitors to be controlled using the keyboard
report_assets	Toggle assets report
auto_reset	Toggle automatic object reset feature
sim_peek	Toggle calls to PeekMessage within sim loop
cam_mode	Toggle camera mode
all_menus	Toggle display of unavailable interactions in person control menus
music	Toggle music
obj_comp	Toggle object compression in save file
quats	Toggle quaternion transformations
sound_log	Toggle sound log window
sound	Toggle sounds
html	Toggle web page creation
reload_people	Total reload of people skeletons, animations, suits and skins
soundevent	Trigger sound event
write_routes	Write out an RTE file every time a route is found
#export	Write out behavior tuning constants to Tuning.txt

The Sims: Superstar Tips & Hints

Easy Skill Build

This only works on Bob Newbie, they tutorial guy. When you start the tutorial (before betty). Do the money cheat so you have unlimited money. Buy a bookcase, piano, chess set, mirror and exercise machine. when the blue boxes appear telling you hat to do wait until it is in the corner, then tell Bob to study cooking, if it works he will be studying cooking without his moods going down. When he had 10 cooking points, study mechanical. Keep doing that and leave the body skill till last because his energy DOES go down. When you go onto the body skills make sure you have a coffee maker, when Bob gets off the machine with a bed above his head make him drink coffee, make sure his bladder levels don't get too low. Keep repeating and soon his skills will all be filled.

Have Unlimited Cash

To do this push Shift + Ctrl + C and type in rosebud then do the same thing and push Shift+Ctrl+C and type in !;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!; and space it 4 times and push Enter then your money raise and will be non-stop!!!!

(Note:To stop it delete one of the Semi Colon.)

Quick money

Enable cheat mode and enter the rosebud code. Display the cheat prompt again and type !;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!;!:!;! (up to sixty total commands may be entered).

Enable cheat mode and enter rosebud;: as a code. Then hold [Enter] so that "No such cheat" begins to flash. Keep the key held to gain up to 99 million simolians. Note you can replace : with any invalid character in the cheat.

Easy money

If you leave food out and do not have a maid, you may see cockroaches wandering around your floor. Enable the move_objects on code and click on the roaches. Sometimes, the message "Sell SRR Virtual Reality Set for" with a price of 100 to 1000 Simoleans will appear.

Remove censor

Have your Sim take a shower, wait a few seconds, then quickly enable the move_objects on code. Go to the housing tool. Get the hand tool and move the shower somewhere else. You will see your Sim naked. Move your Sim somewhere else then click on something else to make them invisible.

Keeping a baby quiet

Click on the baby and select "Feed", "Feed", "Play", "Play", "Sing", "Sing". Note: It always has to end with "Sing".

Free food

Whether you are in Studio Town or on Vacation, get to a buffet table. When someone else gets food from a buffet table, wait until they sit down then start talking to them. They will get up and leave the food on the table. Then, click on the plate and select "Eat". You have just saved 25 Simoleans.

Full need bars

Save the game, then enable the move_objects on code and delete your Sim. All your needs will be restored to near perfection.
