Cheat Codes Cheat mode (Japanese version) Start a new game and enter a name. After the FMV sequence ends, hold Triangle + Square + Circle. A menu should appear. Release the buttons and check your inventory to find all kinds of items. Feed your Digimon with something. If he shakes his head, quickly press Triangle + Square + Circle again. If he eats it, quickly press Triangle + Square + Circle again. Depending what was fed, he will turn into different kinds of monsters. Hints, Tips & Tricks Powerful finisher When you do your finisher, keep tapping L1 + L2 rapidly to power it up. Votes: 0 0% 0% To see Your opponent's HP in battling situation To see your opponent's HP,simply just press SELECT once to see it and if you want to close it, press SELECT again to turn it off. This can be done while you are battling with enemy mons. There is a memo in the fridge that instructs you to return to the place where you got the points from the dumb one. Exit the mansion. On the ground will be a Steak. Pick it up. Enter the Mansion, then exit again. There will be another Steak on the ground. Repeat this as many times as desired. Note: After you have given the Steak to Myotismon, they will no longer be there. You will need something to go with the costume, like a Numemon. Go in the costume and you will turn into Teddymon. Go a slightly north from Numemon's screen, and Nanimon will be there. He will run away again, dropping another key chain. Go to Jijimon, and he will say: "Nanimon came, then left. I wonder where he is?" Nanimon joined the city. To raise a Nanimon, scold an Agumon when both his Happiness and Discipline are empty. Votes: 0 0% 0% Make Digimon run away When there are more than one Digimon, use the following trick to have some of them run away. Talk to the Digimon you are going to battle and has more than one enemy. While you are talking with the Digimon, have the other Digimons face the opposite direction you are facing, and finish talking and battle. One or more of them may run away. Votes: 0 0% 0% Attacks Getting more attacks for your Digimon is sometimes difficult, but the following is an easy way to do so. This works best on Champion and Ultimate Digimon. For example, if your Digimon is Tyrannomon, you may not have good attacks. Because Tyrannomon is a Fire type, battle Fire Digimon (Drill Tunnel, Mt. Panorama, Great Canyon, Ancient Dino Region). You will eventually learn new attacks. For Ice Digimon, go to Freezeland. For Water and Grass go to Geko Swamp, Misty Trees, Native Forest, Mt. Panorama, and Tropical Jungle. For Wind and Electric go to Gear Savannah. For Dark Digimon go to Overdell and Greylord's Mansion. For Metal, go to Factorial Town. You must go in between the walls whenever you see them, as soon as you come up to them or Centarumon will shoot you back and do massive damage to your Digimon. Votes: 0 0% 0% Thunder Cup To win this cup easily, have Thunder Justice mastered. Win it and get Unihorn. Note: Bakemon, Monziemon, and many other Digimon can do Thunder Justice. Unihorn digivolves your Digimon to a Unimon. Votes: 0 0% 0% Life Expansion When you have a Digicatfish or a Black Bass, go fishing at the first Dragon Eye Lake with the Vending Machine. Throw the bait at the very bottom left and catch the Digiseabass. Feed it to your Digimon for a longer life experience. Note: This only works with a Ultimate and Amazing Rod. Votes: 0 0% 0% Defeating SkullGreymon Try to get a MegaDramon with the following stats: HP 4,500+, MP 4,500+, Off 450+, Def 350+, SP 400+, and Br 450+. Go to GreyLord's Mansion at about sunrise and quickly find and defeat Tekkamon. Stay in that location until Megadramon has to sleep. After saving, go to SkullGreymon. Your HP and MP should be recharged without the use of your recovery items. Have MegaDramon know Ice Statue, Pulse Laser, and Megaton Punch. Fight SkullGreymon and use Ice Statue often, since it causes stun. Pulse Laser and Megaton Punch are useful, as they do a lot of damage. SkullGreymon should be easy to defeat with this combo. Note: Use this MegaDramon or one just like it to defeat most tough opponents such as Mamemon and tournament Digimon. Votes: 0 0% 0% Whamon After you have fought Ogremon in Great Canyon Top Area and Ogre Fortress, see if Yuramon tells you about a gigantic Digimon which often appears in Freezeland icebergs. If it does, go to Freezeland. Go north, north, east, south, southwest, south from the screen when you first enter Freezeland from Great Canyon Top Area and you should see him. Talk to him until you see two options given by him. Select "I'll help you" and he will carry you to the Secret Beach Cave. Fight Ogremon there with his two partners, Gabumon and WaruSeadramon. Be careful though -- WaruSeadramon is very strong, and its Aurora Freeze attack is powerful. You should bring a lot of recovery items or you will lose. You can find him in File City near the soil where Tanemon planted its Rain Plant Fruit. He will be able to ferry you to the Secret Beach Cave and Factorial Town. Alternately, in the Back Dimension go to the first item computer and get Ray Gun, Vademon's digivolution item. Votes: 0 0% 0% Unimon Have a Gabumon and boost MP 1500, HP 1000, Offense 100, Defense 200, Speed 500, Brain 150. Get the weight from 10 to 30 and no care mistakes. Note: You can also use a Patamon for this. Votes: 0 0% 0% Piximon When your city points are at 36, go to the tropical jungle at night. When you pass the Digimon Bridge, go down. Piximon is under the tree with the bananas. Note: If you defeat her, she is only going to sell you a Training Book for 50,000 bits. Take the path to where the green golem things are located. Go to the far end. You will fall through a hole. Then, go to the door on the right. You will see a coffin. Press X on it and you will enter/ You will see Myotiysmon lying on the ground. He will tell you to get meat. He will also give you a key. Go to the refrigerator and you will see the memo. You now have to go outside the mansion. You will see a steak. Pick it up and enter the mansion. If you forgot how to reach Myotyismon, go up the stairs and go to the door on the left (with the circular bar in front of it). You are now in the study again/ Go to the door on the left. Press X on the coffin and talk to him. He will then invite you to dinner. He will tell you how his men are not obeying him anymore, then he will tell you he will come to the city but he still has research to do. Walk all the way to your left and follow along that path while trying to walk into it. Sooner or later you will find the secret entrance to where he is found. Go north past the Saberdramon and walk onto the next screen. Talk to the giant meteor there. Be prepared before you do this, as either choice you make after this point will have you fighting an ultimate Digimon. Your Digimon must also fight 30 or more battles. Your Digimon can digivolve to Megadramon after it is 11 and a half years old. Load the data in the "Battle Mode" (two player mode). When cycling through your possible Digimon to duel with a friend, Machinedramon will be unlocked. Note: He will not show up in the game when saving a Digimon at Jijimon's house. He will have the same three moves present as when you fought him. After defeating him, go back to Mt. Infinity where you fought him to find Digitamamon. Defeat him and he will go to the City. To be a Digitamamon, you must recruit Whamon first when he opens his shop pick the route Secret Beach Cave. When you get there, try to find a computer-like object. In that, you will find a Misty Egg. Feed it to your Nanimon or any Champion Digimon and it will turn into a Digitamamon. Note: It is better to feed it to a Nanimon because it will get stronger parameters. In order to get Biyomon to join your city, go to the area where Elecmon is located. Go to the right. Go to the bottom of the screen. Go down/left to find Biyomon. She will run away from you. Follow her. She will run away when you talk to her again. She will say "Maybe I should wait here." After the dialogue, press X around the area where you were standing. When you find the spot, say "Wait". You will then tell your Digimon to round Biyomon up. If he goes to the wrong location, just keep trying. Go in there, then go up, Once you are at the end, go to the right until you get to the end to reach trash mountain. Go in it and you will encounter two Digimon.
