In first area in level 1, you do not have to win the space game. All you get is the goldfish and rocket ship. To get the goldfish, Press square in front of Goddard then jump on the platform.

Go to level 1. Walk to the place where you get the goldfish and rocket ship. When you see the girl standing near the entrance, go left to the hedges. Jump in the last one in line. You'll fall down an endless hole.
