You have to hit them until they fall over. You have to jump on the boxes on the left and right (depending on which side you start with), and then jump on the platform until it falls and sticks in the head of the little hydras. Then, you have to climb up the cargo net to the big hydra (be patient) and you have to get him to where you can use circle to activate the minigame to knock off the pole. Once you get him down, push [Circle] and pull him on the pole. Then you have to go inside the big hydra and find the guy and watch the cutscene and take the key. Go back to the beginning and thats how you beat the 3 hydra boss.



Press (Right Analog-stick Forward) to roll forward, then press [R1] to execute a Hermes Rush shoulder charge before the roll ends. Repeat this to move faster.



In the European version of God of War you do not receive a telephone number scrambled up like in he American version. Instead you receive a secret cutscene which is ensued after destroying the Ares & Minotaur statues.



There are two Muse Keys hidden in the game, which are used to unlock a door in the Rings of Pandora. One is hidden in the underwater passage, after you've opened Poseidon's door; there will be a breakable wall that you can go through to reach an area with several enemies, breakable pots, and a chest containing the first key. The second key is found while going through the challenge of Poseidon, at the top of the ledges you must climb; simply go right when you've reached the top to find a chest with the second key. Once you have both keys, you can enter the room to obtain two Red Soul chests, and three fountains that will increase your maximum health, magic, and will give you five bars of Red Souls, respectively.



During the Challenge of Atlas after you cross the bridge and pass the saw room, there will be an enemy at the bottom of the tower. Don't kill him, just go to the ladder near the wall. Position yourself so that you are between the enemy and the ladder. Use the square, square, triangle combo to take him out. Make sure you kill the enemy above the ladder. Once you kill it, it should hit the ground, then bounce back up getting caught in this bounce. If done correctly, it will continually release red orbs. Once you get the glitch going, just stand there for about 10 minutes. You will get the max amount of orbs, 199 full red bars which is 59,700 orbs.



In Pandora's Temple, in the Rings of Pandora, there is a door accesed by turning the outer most ring. The door can only be opened if you find two Muse Keys. One can be found behind the statue of Atlas. The other can be found after defeating the giant Minotaur in the area where you get the Architect's head from the castket. When you have the Muse keys, go to the door acceced by the outer most ring in Rings of Pandora. Then use the Muse keys to open the door. The room will grant you instant upgrads in yor Heath, Magic, and experience meters!



The first is found past a breakable wall in the underwater passage after you've opened Poseidon's door. The second is in the challenge of Poseidon. You have to climb ledges- at the top, to the right, is a chest with muse key #2.



In Pandora's Temple, in the Rings of Pandora, there is a door accesed by turning the outer most ring. The door can only be opened if you find two Muse Keys. One can be found behind the statue of Atlas. The other can be found after defeating the giant Minotaur in the area where you get the Architect's head from the castket. When you have the Muse keys, go to the door acceced by the outer most ring in Rings of Pandora. Then use the Muse keys to open the door. The room will grant you instant upgrades in your Health, Magic, and experience meters!



After beating the first part of the fight with Ares, you are sent to another demension. You will be at the temple where Kratos killed his wife and child. Soon several Kratos clones will come out and attack the wife and child so you have to protect them. You can give health back to the family if you get close to them and hit circle. This fight takes a long time so don't get impatient. First the clones are pretty weak, if your blades are at level five, use the Square, hold Square move to clear them. Soon the house will fall apart and you will be on a platform that you can fall off of. The clones will come more and more often, if needed use the Army of Hades to take care of some of them. Don't forget to transfer health to your family if they have half of there life left. Eventually the clones will come out with the Blade of Artemis. Now use Rage of the Gods with the Blade of Artemis. You should also have Athena's Blessing for unlimited magic. With that, you could get two more Army of Hades attacks in. When the rate they come slows down, you are close to the end. The Blade of Artemis con kill them in two-three hits. Don't worry about the clone throwing Zeus's Fury at you, he is on a seperate platform and will die when the clones stop appearing. Even with these tips, you will need a few tries to beat this part, I know that I did.

At the end of the game, press the Right Analog-stick Down to quickly sit down in the God of War's throne.



After receiving Poseidon's Trident and passing through the tunnel behind the statue, there are four Nyad daughters you can find while swimming underwater. Note: Some of them are hidden behind breakaway walls. Press Circle by any one of them to kiss them. Most of them will offer up a Magic Feather, while some may randomly leave you with nothing.



When fighting Ares in the final battle in God mode, Ares should first stick his sword in the ground and crush you with the four pillars. If not, keep evading Ares until he does. When Ares tries to crush you with the four pillars, roll toward Ares and let him have it with the sword. Use the L1 + Square combo then roll away from Ares. Ares will then start chasing you. Keep evading him until he tries to attack you. Then, go up to Ares and let him have it again by just pressing X. This is where your swords should clash and a mini game will start, where you have to simultaneously press Circle. If you win the mini game, you will take a good chunk of Ares' health. Then, repeat the process until Kratos is victorious.



Fight the Hydra while using the Dairy Bastard costume. After completing the game and the Challenge Of The Gods you can restart the game. If you play as the Dairy Bastard you can gain lots of easy experience while fighting the Hydra by continuously using Poseidon's Rage to get the combo count as high as possible. Because the Hydra cannot die unless you grab and kill it, there is not limit to the combos.



When you set off to find the two shields for the sculpture, go back into the room with the broken off stairs. Go up, get across the narrow boards, and pull the lever. The rope goes down and you can slide down it. Go across the rope where soldiers try to kill you. Get to the other side, then get out the Blade of Artemis (L1 + R1). Then, get the Hades shield and run up to the ledge where you can jump off to the rope going up. Many soldiers will appear. Use the Blade Of Artemis to kill them all. This will give you a lot of red orbs, and more time spared.
