Completing the following missions will unlock a certain girl to be your girlfriend

In bullworth town go to the first yum yum market you come to next to it theres a place called "The Happy Diner" go behind this if your luckey a errand will appear you have to go up a ladder and accept you have to hit 3 people with water balloons do this and you'll unlock water balloons. After you pass art 5 and english 5 you will have accessed kissing girls with no need to for gifts.Go to the front of the libary and pick bouquets of flowers.
