Sometimes have a shot from half because the keeper is usually out and the ball will go over his head and ALWAYS have shots at goal from ALL free kicks I once did it from behind the half way line with Nemaja Vidic (I was using Manchester United)it bounced over the keepers head.

When one on one with the goalkeeper, press L2 + Circle to do a finesse shot. This will trick the keeper from going from one side to the other. For example, fake right and shoot left or vice versa. It will go in about 90% of the time.

If you have the ball and are outside the area but not on your half, you can check on the map how far the keeper is off his line. Normally he is about two meters. You can lob him easily if you get the power correct.

When you are losing a match, press Start and go to "Select Sides". Switch to the other team, then shoot at your own net and score goals for your team original. Once your team is winning by a comfortable lead, switch back to your original team.

Select Tournament mode and choose any cup tournament, as they tend to be shorter. Select the highest rated team or replace a team in the tournament with a highly rated team from another league. Advance to Tournament Central and quick sim all the games until you have won the tournament. You will be awarded unlockable points to spend.

Purchase unlockable items without saving your profile. After testing items, simply reload your profile to re-acquire the unlockable points. By using this technique you can unlock and test all the unlockables in the game.

You can find Giovanni Dos Santos in Barcelona's reserve list. Even though he is only 69 overall you can edit his stats and make him as good as Ronaldinho. You will then have two of the best midfielder's in the game.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Robinho are two of the best dribblers. Use the Trick Stick with Ronaldo or Robinho to perform a double stepover. Press Forward, then rotate left and then right.

Firstly you should by a new right winger
here are some good right wingers: Joaquin, Ribery, Quaresma, Jesus Navas and van der vaart. Any of those 5 should do. Then buy a new left back. Here is some great left backs: Abidal, Riise, Chivu and Sagnol. After that sell Gallas. Then try to extend Terry, Lampard, Cech, Robben, Essien, J.Cole and Shevchenko's contract has high as it can go(leave the salary). Then either this year or next year sign Kaka as a replacement for Ballack. Then sell either of these 3: Bouhlarouz, Wright-Phillips or Ballack with your 2 lasts bids. In the game there are very few players who get to 99 after a while usually they drop...Here are some players I have found which go to 99 after a while...Fernando Torres, Lionel Messi, Christiano Ronaldo, Kaka and Babel(plays with Ajax)...By the way I played my career with Newcastle they start with £30 Million and are a 4 star team and don't lose much cash on wages so there a good team to play with on your career!

In Manager mode during a game if you want an easy win all you gotta do is press the 'start' button and go to select sides..When the message comes up press yes and score own goals...Once you're in the lead switch back teans ans you will win easy!!

To start of with buy a new striker out of these 2:Fernando Torres(Atletico) or/and Klaas Jan Huntelaar(Ajax)then sign Gareth Bale (Southamton) then sell Louis Saha. Next try and sign a replacement for Ryan Giggs out of these 5:Wesly Sneider(Ajax), Pablo Aimar(Zaragoza), Simao (Benfica), Bastian Schwietieger (Bayern Munich) or Vicente (Valencia) then sell Mikael Silvester and I hate say it Alan Smith. On the next transfer window sign Pique, Freddy Adu, Daniel Alves and Deco.Then sell Park Ji Sung and Wes brown. When Edwin van der sar retires P.Cech.

Some players do well if they are played in different positions. Scott parker increases when played at RB, CDM and LB.

When it is the transfer market go on to free agents and look for players that are 80 or above.(There are usually more at the start of the season) Buy them and then sell them again. I recently bought didier drogba for free and the sold him on for £21,000,00.

Whoever Baptista is playing for, ignore the thing that says he is a midfielder. If you put him upfront his skill goes up to 86.

When theres an opponent in front of you, spin the right anolog stick. It will make you turn roud and you make the ball go in between the opponents legs (I do it with owen most of the time.)

Blanco is a relatively unknown player who plays for mexican team America. However, he has a unique skill that no one else has. flick the right analog stick back, forward then back again to see, blanco flick the ball between his legs. How cool is that!

Put Lionel Messi (Barcelona) at right or left midfield to see his stats go up to 93..... In manager mode,after like 3 to 4 seasons he will be 99.

In manager mode at the beginning of the first season buy carlos alberto vela for about 560 thousand he will grow to 87 ( he is a striker) but if you put him on the right mid, or left he goes up to 93

If you go on manager mode, be whatever team, in about season 9 these two 99 players ( Goeke and drill) appear on the transfer window, this is only if you go on choose by name and type in E or D. Then wait a season and they are a lot cheaper. Secondly there is a player gor Peterborough on season 13 or 14 called Christiansen he is a lot of money but goes up to 99 when you buy him

After beginning a new manager career, select the player you hate most, put him on the team you're going to use in manager mode. Then go to edit players. Increase his stats at maximum, then start the manager. When you start the manager mode, put the player you edited to sale. A team like Arsenal will pay almost 80,000,000 for the player.

Use benzema (lyon) or Castro (Unknown) to get past the opposition easily. ive used them, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!

If you are one on one with the keeper with another player beside you, pass to him because the keeper should come out but you can only pass it backwards otherwise you will be offside unless you turn it off in game settings.

Go to the K league and type in the name park chu young when you press start for player name. he is only about £2,000,000 to £4,000,000 and he is age 25. he goes from 82 to 91 in 2 or 3 years.

NEWCASTLE ARE THE BEST !!!!!

When you start Manager Mode, start with a club like chelsea or another club that gives you 30 million or more, then sell all the players above 24 and buy these(except for cech)

Join arsenal in manager mode, sign the sponser that offers the best match funds and make some obvious outgoing transfers. keep Van Persie, Henry, fabregas, walcott, senderos, Lehmann and Hleb

Sell Van Persie when his growth reaches 89, Henry after 3 seasons, senderos once reached 93, lehmann when his growth stops and Hleb after 2 seasons. Fabregas and Walcott are in for the next 8 yrs or so as they are young. possibly attempt to buy back senderos after a few seasons

Try to sell 4 players each transfer window and buy anyone over 85 and younger than 22. By the 9th season your team should line up as ( with the necessary traqnsfers):

You must be in Manager Mode(this cannot be done in a match), save the game then quit Manager Mode, load it up again and your players stamina will be almost fully refilled.You may do this as many times as you wish to make your team's stamina full.

When you have the ball run towards your own goal from the half way line. When you reach the goal line you sometimes bounce of as if there is a brick wall on the line. Try this about 5-10 times and it should happen.

If you score an own goal, look at the team which is celibrating in the background (yours?)
