• Hanabi Hyuuga: 'Date' her in Narutimetto Road(story)
• Konohamaru: do moegi and udon's riddle game at the academy(after the story)
• Kurenai: Beat her in Narutimetto Road(story)
• Yellow Flash(4th Hokage): get the other 41 characters

Complete all characters and do the following in versus mode.

• Chou (super) Chouji: hold select when highlighting Chouji
• Drunken style Lee: hold select when highlighting Lee
• Jiroubou 2nd form: hold select when highlighting Jiroubou
• Kidoumaru 2nd form: hold select when highlighting Kidoumaru
• Kimimaro 2nd form: hold select when highlighting Kimimaro
• Kyubi Naruto: hold select when highlighting Naruto
• Sakon 2nd form: hold select when highlighting Sakon
• Sasuke 2nd form: hold select when highlighting Sasuke
• Shukaku (normal size): hold select when highlighting Gaara
