During gameplay, hold L1 + R2 + L2 + R1 (in that order) and then enter the following:

Press D-pad Up, Square on the ground. You will use Arokh's melee attack. However, sometimes Arokh will use the primary attack (Circle) and melee attack at the same time. Note: Do not hold D-pad Up or you will use the primary attack.

When you are in Ravenshold, do the quest that the smith sends you on. Return to him and talk, then go to where he tells you to go. Open the door and return. Talk with him, then go to buy mode and scroll to the end to find a chicken that you can use as a weapon.
