During a fight, after you have taken all of your opponent's life and they are falling down, you can punch them four more times before they actually fall. Doing this does affect the outcome of the fight. When they get up they will have less life than if you did not hit them.

Get your rumble meter to silver, then use it. Once you have the gloves, press Square + Triangle. Your player will do something, hit your opponent, and send them spinning out of the ring. They will hit the ground and turn into dust. The message ''Winner by K.O.'' will appear at the bottom of the screen.
