In order to get the more powerful Beam Saber and Flamethrower.. you must complete the game in Extra New Game and have a 10 GOLD STAR rank.

The Beam Saber blade will be longer and more powerful and the Flamethrower will be 2-3times more powerful and longer range.

Beat the game simply by not killing too many enemies.

Kill over 100+ enemies. Forgive the person in the church. Take over 2000 points worth of damage.

Get to Heathers apartment killing 30+ enemies with the Heather Beam.

Kill more enemies by fighting than shooting. This weapon turns into the Sexy Beam when you have the transform costume equipped.

Kill more enemies by shooting than fighting. If you do not get this weapon on your first playthrough, you will get it automatically on your second.

Throw your steel pipe into the sewers and answer the three questions as follows: No, No, Yes.

Accumulate a total of 333 enemy kills. (Accumulate in one playthrough or multiple playthroughs. Boss enemies included.) The Heather Beam turns into the Sexy Beam when you have the Transform Costume equipped.

Defeat the final boss with a melee weapon.

Complete the game on Hard Action Mode and Hard Riddle Mode to unlock the life bar, which can be turned on and off at the extra options screen.

In the introduction at the Lakeside Amusement Park (nightmare), when you look at all the bunny costumes they are covered in blood. When you enter the gift shop, you can see that only the pink bunnies are covered in blood, and the rest are clean.

After getting in the sewer, you should find a area with a door that has a warning sign next to it. Read the diary on the desk. It will have information revealing that a monster killed his friends and a little more on how to kill it. Save the game and go across the bridge without getting rid of it. A large tentacle will grab your leg and drag you in the water.

At the end of the game after the credits, you are shown the ranking you earned. Your ranking is determined by many factors, such as the time needed to complete the game and Boss, how many monsters you killed, how much damage you took, etc. At the bottom of the screen you will see two rows of stars. Every large star represents ten small stars, Use these stars to calculate your final ranking out of 10.0. For example, if you got seven large stars and eight small stars, your ranking would be 7.8.

You can only set the ammo multiplier after successfully completing the game at least once. Then, press Select to go to the status menu, and go to the options menu. Press R1 or L1 to enter the extra options menu. You can now set the ammo multiplier to any value. The ammo multiplier will set the amount of any ammunition you pick by a multiplying its current ammo value to the number you set in the bullet multiplier extra option. For example, when you pick a magazine of 32 bullets for the machine gun, you will instead get 64 bullets when you set the bullet multiplier to 2X.

There are three ways to fire the Heather Beam. The Homing Ray is only usable when Heather is not wearing the Princess Heart costume, and can be done by holding X. The second one is The Psycho Ball, which is usable anytime and can be done by pressing X then pressing and holding X a second time. The third one is Heather True-Beam, which is only usable when Heather is wearing the Princess Heart or Transform costume, and can be done by holding X.

After the sewer, go to the apartment 5F. You will see a room with a big hole. There is mattress near the hole. To the right of it is a wall that that has a light blue color section. Use a pipe to break the wall and get the silencer.

When you get to the church and are ready solve the children's room riddle (with the Tarot cards), save the game before you do so. Then, complete the game, defeat the Boss and get to the results screen. When you are done viewing your ranking, press X to see what bonus you were awarded. If you killed more enemies with a melee weapon, you will get a Beam Saber. If you shot more enemies, you will get an infinite flamethrower. Save the game in a new file -- do not overwrite your existing game data. Return to the main title screen and select the "Load" option. Load the saved game created before you killed the Boss. Kill the boss again and skip the credits. When you get to the results screen for the second time, the game will count you having completed the game a the second time (because you already have a completed game save data on you memory card). This is much faster than actually going through the game multiple times to get bonus weapons and increase your bullet adjust. Bullet adjust allows you to double the amount of bullets you can get from a single box, depending on how many times you completed the game. If you did this trick three times you can triple the amount of bullets you would normally get from a single box in very little time.

Once you unlocked the following Special weapons they can be found at their respective places:

Beam Saber: At the end of the hallway where you get the bookstore key; hanging on the door.

Flamethrower-In Helen's Bakery (where you get the tongs); on the counter.

Infinite Ammo Sub Machine Gun: Immediately after exiting out of the bathroom window (after the start of the game) go left; it is at the dead end.

Heather Beam: After obtaining it, you always have it. You can use it when no weapon is equipped.

Equip the handgun and fire two shots. Note: One should be fine, but fire two just in case. After Claudia bends over, equip the Maul (spiked mace) and do the overhead attack by pressing X hard. Since you will be invulnerable when Heather swings the Maul, Claudia will not hit you with her Retaliation smack. Note: Even though the swing is slow, Claudia will just wait for it.

Successfully complete the game under the hard action and hard riddle difficulty settings to unlock the "Life Bar" option at the extra options screen.

This is a joke in the game to make the game more funnier instead of scarier..
In order to do this.. you must have the Extra New Game available...

Highlight the New Extra Game option in the menu

Push UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT RIGHT, O and X.

Select your difficulty levels.

If all was done correctly you should hear Heather sigh.
