When fighting Python, lock on to him using the lock on button (L) and shoot him when he becomes visible through the fog. Make sure to continuously back up, otherwise he will lunge forward and knock you down with his weapon. It may also be a good idea to plant the TNT with a soldier other than Snake. By doing this, when you begin the fight you will start as the character you planted the bomb with. To defeat gene you make sure you have a riffle and medical kit L!! then once he turns orange time it right and ouickly get out of the way!! (he can kill you in one try!!) when he breaths shoot him!! repeat it till he dies!!!!! its easy even on extrem!!! well good luck!!
