On the title screen, press UP, LEFT, A, B, DOWN, RIGHT, L, R, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, X, Y, SELECT, B. If done correctly, you will hear a sound. Start the game normally, and press select when you gain control of your character to enter the Debug Mode.
