Unlock all Normal levels

Press Run on the title screen and select Password. Enter Blue/Left, Blue/Left, Blue/Right, Red/Front, then use I and II buttons to select a level before pressing Run.

Enter Blue/Back, Blue/Back, Red/Right, Blue/Forward at the Password screen to bring up a level select menu on the expert difficulty level.
