When you are in your second or third season, try to buy Gianpaolo Pazzini from Firoentina or whoever may have already bought him. Try to buy him as soon as you can, because he will usually prove to be your highest goalscorer very quickly, besides Adriano or Ibrahimovic. You must play him regularly for his stats to go up. He is also very young, and will prove to be a definite prospect for your club.

Win every game
This is simple, just before you play your next opponents make a second player and put them as manager of your opponents, now on match day put your oppoents men all up front and put a striker in goal, now watch your men win win a hi amount of goals (37-0 is my best so far), them simply retire that manager and make a new one for your next opponents.
