Eliminate the Los Muertos, Volk, and Shai-Gen on any difficulty to unlock the ability to turn on or off the respawning enemies in their respective districts from the game start up screen.

Note: Your driving stats must be 1 or higher. Whenever your agent vehicle is ugly and heavily damaged, simply step out of it and allow it to return to its normal form. Then step back in and all the dents and damage are gone/ However, the vehicle's health remains the same.

On Volk Island, there's a barge (the floating structure that's closest to you as you look at the final boss' house from the closest Supply Point). Kill all the enemies that are hanging around on the barge. As you walk from the front to the back of the barge, there's a door to your left under the crossbar. Enemies will spawn inside the room and emerege to fight you. As you pass the door (you have to walk all the way past it), the first wave will come. Kill them. Stand there and face the door. When the next wave of enemies emerges inside the room, your reticle will go red and the red dots will pop up on the HUD. When the door opens, shoot a hothead round or lob a grenade in there and they all die. After a couple waves, the bodies pile up and prop the door open, letting you throw grenades in as soon as you see them spawn inside the room. This will continue for about 10 or so waves of enemies, and then they'll stop. Head back to the supply point and reload, then go back and do it all over again and again. I was able to max out my explosives and firearms abilities using this method in a relatively short amount of time. Had I had the patience, I probably could have done the same with the strength ability. This also can get you the mad bomber achievment.

With my agility token count at 495 out of 500, I thought I'd share a couple of tips. This is one of the tougher achievements to get, considering it will take a lot of dedication and exploration. But if you get Crackdown, honestly, this is the only thing that will keep you playing past hour 10.

The races take you past a lot of orbs, so do all 14 races to help easy collecting.

I recommend fully exploring the rooftops while taking on the three gangs. By the time you finish off the last boss, you should have around 400 orbs (and 4 stars in your agility skill). Now comes the hard part... start with the third island and break it into sections. Get to a decent height and use the sniper rifle to scan each side of each building. Yes, it's slow going, but it's way too easy to miss one or two orbs. Usually you will find that when you discover one orb, there are two or three more nearby, because you just never came to that specific spot.

The only cars that change are the Agency Supercar, Agency SUV, and Agency Truck Cab. Whenever you reach level 4 in your driving status and the car has evolved completely, major changes in performance occur.
T-Mar.

The Agency Supercar's horn is replaced with a heavy machine gun. Press B to use it. The Agency SUV's horn is replaced with a powerful hydraulic system allowing it to jump. Press B for a short time and release to jump effortlessly. The Agency Truck Cab's horn is replaced with a powerful nitrous boost that can cause it to plow through anything. Hold B to plow through all who stand in your way.

The Agency SUV can drive up walls when you hold B. Its wheels must be vertical against the wall.

At the beginning of the race, get out of your car and go to the nearest corner that has cement blocks. Grab the cement blocks and create a sort of barrier in the middle of the road (stack them if possible). This makes it almost impossible for your opponent racers to go past that point. Shortly afterwards, they will all crash and pile up. Once all of them are piled up, shoot the gas tank of one of the cars. A chain reaction will occur and all the racers will be dead. You are now the only one remaining in the race.

In Shei-gen, there is a hotel on the west side of the Island called The Daisy Chain. If you enter Shei-gen from the Los Muertos side, it is between the two highways. At the top of this hotel is a pool. In the pool is a rubber duck toy. You can throw the toy at people and it will make a squeaky sound like a real rubber duck toy.

Light ball: Some where in town (at night) are light posts with a ball of white light.
Get a bin to sit at the wall (basicly that big yellow bins and place it carfully near the wall) Smack the light posts to knock the ball down. Pick it up and jump near the bin, aim down and throw the ball. Have fun!

Car golf: Go to your department, exit the second door and the car park is there. Pick up a car and jump on one of the big things. Jump up, aim down and throw it in to a hole. (just don't get your pal in the hole and then throw the car. As you might set him on fire)

Car ball: Throw a guy out of a car, kill/throw him in to water, then kick the car to your mate. (too meny kicks and the car could explode at you, your mate or in the middle of the road)

Tag: You must have unlocked the rocket lancher in order to do this. Go to the place with the colored crates and the cranes. Theres a weapon spawn pont there. Make one player shoot the other person, while the one not armed runs. If the runner gets hit, then the person with the rocket lancer drops the weapon then runs for his life.

King of the hill: This game will have you laughing you head off. The aim of the game is to stand on the "Hill" as long as you can (basicly, a building, thats high) But the other player trys to force the player on the hill off as hard as they can.

Killing enemies at a distance of 40 feet above yields agility orbs as well as shooting orbs. Use scoped weapons to quickly lock-on distant enemies or snipe them from elevated positions.

Don't aim for the body when attacking bosses. Shoot their legs so that they'll just slump to the ground. Then throw a few grenades at him/her then start shooting like crazy.

Jumping off ramps and running over criminals will yield driving orbs as well.

Start a Co-Op game with a friend that has a powerful set of weapons. Kill him, get his weapons and bring it to your supply point. Repeat this until you get a good number of powerful weapons.

Its easier to unlock this achievement by using the Firefly (homing). Lock to a target on a building, then continuously fire your rockets before your target's body hits the ground.

Use a homing Firefly and 4 stars explosives rating. Find a small Car and pick it up. Throw it straight up and continuously fire your rockets to keep it in the air for a few seconds until you unlock the achievement.

Go to Cowell's building in Shai-Gen with a nAgency SUV. Make sure you have a 4-star rating. Ride the elevator up, and up the ramps until you get to the tallest inner level. Use the SUV's jump ability (hold B) to clear the fence to unlock this achievement

Go to the Garcia Point supply point, go forward and take a left. You should be on a slope and there will be a Jeep somewhere on your left. Go up one more level and the achievement should unlock.

Alternatively, you can go to Cowell's building in Shai-Gen, bring a car into the elevator, and take it up. Stay inside the vehicle and you should unlock the achievement as well.

Agency SUV or the Agency Buggy required.

Start from the road that leads to the Royal Vista hotel to get enough speed then jump off the wedge-shaped rock near the Sports Complex. Hold forward your left analog stick to flip twice, and make sure you land evenly.

You can also go to Cowell's building in Shai-Gen with the Agency SUV (4-star driving rating) Ride the elevator up, and drive up the ramps until you get to the tallest inner level. Use the SUV's jump ability by holding B to jump over the fence and you'll unlock the achievement.

Crackdown Items

During the fight with Miss Timbol of Shai-Gen, there are two buildings to the east and west of her compound. On the side of those buildings that faces the compound is a walkway with two doorways into the buildings. After killing Miss Timbol, pick up her body and take it to those walkways and enter into the building. Immediately go back out and Miss Timbol should be alive and completely harmless. This is an exceptional way to level up your Explosives, Physical, and Shooting stats. However, do not let her body out of sight, or else it will despawn and she'll never come back.

Lift an object. Jump with the A button. At the height of your jump, press RT to throw the object and immediately press and hold the A button to do a double jump. It might take some practice but it DOES work.

If u go on keys to the city and then open the keys to the city menu and empty the streets after that go and get the agency super car and make your driving skill level 4. Then go on the motorway (highway) and start to gain speed once ur at about 185mph bring up the menu again while driving and put ur driving skill to level 0 (make sure there's no stars showing)and the super car should go back to its normal state then wait for about five seconds it should start to accelerate phenomenonly and you should reach about 370mph!!!!!!!!

if you are finding it hard to get the shotput achievement go to los muertos and kill some one near water and throw them as far as you can into the water if you did it right you should get the achievement.
