Walk over him and onto the edge of the roof. You can now watch over the outside of the campus and into the other building.



Load a game that takes place in the Calypso Casino and make sure it is in multi-player mode. Walk up the stairs where the helicopter is located. Go to the to boxes that are there. Take cover at them while standing up and aim your gun to the right. Then, release RT and the Left Analog-stick . You should now be flying. Click the Left Analog-stick so you are standing, then walk on the box.
