Hints, Tips & Tricks Death DecreeSomewhere near Dunroot Burrow upon a hilltop are a couple slabs of stone. On those slabs of stone is a dead person, with a Potion of Nighteye nearby, some skeletons, and a note. The note is called "Death Decree". Pick it up and read it. It says that a man named "Robert Wisnewski" was sentenced to death by Sheogorath. Robert Wisnewski is on the Bethesda staff list. The reason for his death sentence was for trying to grow a beard (in which you cannot have a beard except for Sheogorath in Elder Scrolls). Evidence chestAt the southern most point of the Shivering Isles, south of Madgod's Beet, is a cave called Corpserot Prison. Inside at the very beginning of the cave, you will find the evidence chest. It is in both Mania and Dementia. Note: On your map, Corpserot Prison is called Corpserot Passage.
Easter Eggs The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind referenceIn Bliss, there is an Argonian named Big Head. Big Head's quest is to find The Fork of Horripilation. In The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, there is an Argonian that lives on the island farthest to the northwest of the Sheograth Region. In Morrowind, sitting on Big Head's table is The Fork of Horripilation. Hidden CacheGo to Crucible and to the far left half submerged in the water (next to a broken crate) is what seems to be some sort of cache. It is locked and the key is on the rooftops of Crucible. To get this key go to where the ppl train on top of sickly bernice's tavern it will take alot of jumping so a hight acrobatics is needed. Once on top jump to the platform and on what seems to be a table are bones a mug and a knife. Turn around from that and try to get on that buildings roof. Once there youll see some more stuff like some boots or gloves and turn around from there youll see another roof. You have to get to the highest one. Youll know its the one by the stool the wine and the chest. In the chest shows a note and has the key. Take the key to the cache and have all the stuff inside.
Glitches Permanent enchantmentDuplicate the item you want to permanently enchant yourself with. You must have two of them. Equip one of the items. Proceed with the normal duplication glitch, but drop the unequipped item and you will notice that both of them drop. You will not be able to re-equip that item again, but the effect it granted is now permanent. Duplicate itemsEquip a Scroll that you have a multiple of (for example, Minor Heal Other x10). If you have ten scrolls you will get ten items. Swing a weapon. During the swing, open your inventory and select the scroll you equipped twice. You will not get a message. Drop the item to be duplicated. You can only duplicate things that you have less than the amount of scrolls you equipped. For example, with ten scrolls, you cannot duplicate fifteen potions. There is a way to get around this. Drop a few of the items you want to duplicate before you start this glitch so you have less than the amount of scrolls that you have. You can then pick them up afterward.
