Save after finishing the game. Then, load your CLEARED GAME save. Dead Space ItemsIn Chapter 1, just after you repair the claw for the tram hit your objective finder. Follow the blue line into the hall way where you need to go. Stop as soon as you enter the hallway and look up at the catwalk above your head. Ignore the alien for now. Walk until you find the first corridor on the right. Walk into it there to see writing in an alien language all over. Look down there to see a message that says in English that reads "Don't listen to their lies, read what they're really saying." Do not be intimidated by its size. Though massive, it is very easy to kill. The following was done under the Medium difficulty setting. Upon starting the fight, notice you are "caged in" by the Boss' tentacles. Notice the yellow "blooms" around the Boss' mouth. Shooting each one will get you closer to killing it. However, upon shooting a few of them, the boss Grabs you, holding you in the air. During this time, it appears that you are helpless. Aim whatever weapon you are using at the time and shoot the yellow blooms. After a few shots you will be dropped. The Boss will then begin slamming its tentacles at you more frequently. They are very easy to avoid. Strafe left to right constantly. They will never hit you. The Boss will roar, shoot a few exploding cells at you, or will drop enemy pods upon you. This is part is also easy, considering it is usually only two small Necromorphs. After you destroy the blooms, you will notice a "caged" area underneath the beast. Under this rib cage lies its many hearts. Again, use same strategy with the whole tentacle scenario. After a few times, the Boss will have his fit and open up again. Unload and the Boss will come tumbling down.



It helps to have a steady flow of credits by selling un nessesary items like small air cans, and small med kits. This is easier on a lower difficulty like medium or easy. You will have to play through the game more than once to earn enough credits to buy power nodes so, play through a few times to build up cash to buy nodes. It took me half way through my 3rd time playing to get this achievement. NOTE. You DO NOT have to put a node in all the blank slots to earn this achievement.



The cutter that you find in the beggening of the game is probably the best weapon in the game, if the cutter is fully upgraded it can take down most anything in one well placed shot. The cutter can take the arms off a brute in a few shots to make a difficult fight easy. When you are grabbed by one of the giant arms it only takes 2 or 3 shots to kill it, so always have it with you. Its better than it seems trust me.



As you know the invincable necromorph is a big pain. Im going to tell you the best way to slow it down when running away. Its simple and easy first cut off both of its legs and at least one or both arms this already slows it down greatly but now use stasis on it then run, this slows it down to a crawl for a shot time so make it count.



This is one of the easyest achievemets in the game. Its simple just pick up an object using kenisis and throw it at a wall and just do this the amount of times needed.



In chapter 11 when you go to meet the doctor look down to the left between the two walk ways, it is a little trophy shaped object that you must use kenisis to pick up. Once you obtain it you should get an achievement. The trophy is only good for selling at the Shop for 30,000 credits.



Every time you complete a level on the Z-ball game you unlock an item locker that is across from the door.



As you know there are doors that can only be opened by the use of a power node. From experience the items behind the door are not worth the node unless you need ammo and health, or you already have every thing upgraded.



As you know you run into strange creatures stuck to walls . Do Not get close to them unless you want to die or are sure they are dead. When you approach them a tentacle comes out of it and knocks your head off resulting in death, no damage, no escape time just instant death. So stay at a distance to kill them Do Not get close. You have been warned. NOTE. Shoot them an extra time or two to make sure they are dead.
