To unlock this movie in Gallery Mode, make all playable characters in Mission Mode either Newtypes or Cyber-Newtypes.

First get 5000 shotdowns with any character then do the 5000 shotdown mission to unlock Remeber 50 completed missions mission . To select them, you must increase your friendshp with characters from Dynasty warriors. Then complete the license mission Aratama to get the Musha Gudam license. To get Musha Gudam Mk. 2 complete 50 missions with one character then do the 50 completed missions mission to unlock Remember the Past 7. To select it, you must complete Remeber the Past missions 1-6. Then complete the license mission Nigitama to get the Musha Gudam Mk. 2 license.
