Here is a COMPLETE walktrough(ish) thing
1.Complete all missions
2.Read Stevie's text.
3.In the text,he'll say things like "...in South Bohan...""
4.Look at the pic of the car.
5.Steal it at anytime.Just go when you're ready
6.Take it to his garage.The owners may shoot the car,so have the "health and weapons" cheat in your phone.
tip: on the car theft one that takes place at the carwash,you don't need to kill anyone.Although if you think you need to,or just want to,it's very funny to sneak up and smack on the guy with his back turned on the head
