Ok.. any one know how to get alot of extra lives.. or a cheat for like unlimited.. would be alot of help.. i die way too much for this stupid game..makes me mad! lol

there are no cheats
or many lives i die alot on there too but i never quit
and now i've completed it

yeah.. i cant get past the first level still.

I hit walls and jump when i am not supposed to.

Thanks though. I guess ill just have to keep at it then.

hay theres an easy way to beat the first level all is you have to do is keep sonic still then when you get close to walls just tilt him to dodge.youll get the hang of it.oh and never jump just keep him on the right path. im up to the last episode you know the one you unlock when you beat sonic,shadow and silvers stories,any way its super hard you go through seven levels playing as different characters without saving im stuck on silvers part,im so pissed i keep dying at a certain part

Silvers part was the easiest stay on the sides to avoid enemies and the sand.
Tails was the hardest part

i deleted all my sonic the hedgehog data

Here's another way:
collect 100 rings.
I know, I know,100 is alot,but atlest its a way
Oh,and does apply for other sonic games.
