I have no idea what that is can someone explain?

Its where someone submits their gamesave from lets say GTA IV and they have 100 percent on it. That means that you can download their save and play it for yourself

a save game is a saved game, but on the interwebs it means someone has copied their saved game and uploaded it to the internet for others

(most common are 100% complete)

also also Save games are banned on the 360 because most are hacked, and microsoft want people to play games and earn achievements the right way

ah k so i cant put anyof them here cos i only have an xbox
brillant idea though if you had recon armor in halo you could give it to everone

Recon doesn't work that way,

the game save would only be the campaign and probably the achievements.

Recon Armor is saved to the Gamertag not the hard drive,

each person will need a different code, there are two ways, both are very difficult, one slightly easier

Most commonly used in RPG's as they will not affect the game. More of a large cheat, they can give you a higher level character with better items and lots of money.

I do not reccomend using them on any other genre as they ruin the experience.
