Need Help with Nintendogs cup
I need help! my Golden Retriever Bella Is really fast, but keeps getting beaten by a cocker spaniel!! The name of the Cocker spaniel is Luna, and i am even using a pro lure and I still can't win!! Do you people have any advice? are there certain dogs that are good at Lure coursing? If someone knows, Please help!!!
Answer from: JFFAN#1
Make sure your dog is used to the lure. the more they are used to the lure, the more they will want to chase and pusue it. Yes, I have had Luna compete, But I creamed her with my dog. Lots of thraining is what you need, then you cream everyone.

If she keeps catching up to the lure there is one even faster than the Pro lure, its in the Second-hand shop Mr. Recycle, its called the Rainbow lure and you need 2 Wood 3 Leather 2 Plastic and 1 Stardust to get it and I found that my Maltese, Amber, was a lot better with that than the Pro lure. I don't know if you have tried it but even my brand new dogs were pretty fast with that one.

Exactly. Storm5442 said the correct thing. the rainbow lure helped my great dane salty loved that lure! Luna was in my competition as well, but she was far behind when i used that lure. i just got a new Husky named Balto, and he was competing in the Nintendogs cup in 4 days. training and the rainbow lure are the keys.

I didn't even need a pro luee to win the Nintendogs Cup. I used the banana lure. First, I trained for a very long time at the gym (my best time was around 41 seconds), then I competed in the Nintendogs Cup. When I knew I wouldn't finish well, I restarted the game. After many, many restarts, I eventually won. Victory collar and all.
