How do I get more mii characters.

If you have mariokart 7 or any other game with wifi connection just play online untill you reach the number of miis you want im not sure if it works with dsi titles or not

You have to put your system on sleep mode. Then walk around a store or somewhere with lots of people and you should meet them via. Street pass
