Hellllp! where is terrakion i searched the canyons a hundred times no ! pads were glowing where is he?

I've found terrakion in the canyon in rugged flats (3-1) 4 times. you need a fast pokemon to raise the chance of finding a legendary. good luck!

It does raise the chance, but don't be discouraged. i only find a legendary every 20 or so tries..

I found terrakion in the last canyon 23 times and cobalion 15 times i only caught him twice dough
