It is possible to get cobalion but you need to beat terrakion and virizion first. after you beat them both, a rusty cobalion will fall out of the sky. after you leave the area, it will say "this cobalion toy has seen better days, take good care of it" or something like that. you know how elgyem in northerly town and sigilyph in axle town say you will find what you have lost, well thats what they mean. after that you find him in all caves but really cobalion isnt worth. you can get him and show him off but really terrakion is better because 1, terrakion has better stats the cobalion does and 2, instead of hoping to get cobalion instead of 3 other pokemon, you can go to the canyon and all the time you get terrakion and no one else. in related news, you should use terrakion with sacred sword/protect dialga with roar of time and reshiram with blue flare to beat team battle ex 6. well thats all for now....
