After you meet 2 people in the toy shop, go to 2-1 sun-dappeled bank in the lake area. keep trying until you find him. to make befriending him easier, try using a pokemon with endeavor. you'll see what i mean when you try it.

You have to have 5 people come to the toy shop and then go to 2-2 lake and you will find him there

- no, mesprit appears when you meet 5 people in 2-2 lake.
- uxie appears when you meet 2 people in 2-3 lake.
- and azelf appears when you meet 10 people in 2-4 lake.

I think it might be 3 people, but im not sure because i got uxie a long time ago. and guys, its not 2-2, 2-3, or 2-4, its 2-1. by the way shadow, it might take a couple times, but keep going in the lake. you can get him as many times as you want.
