Go to any tower, get a shiny yellow catapult

It's rare and will take a while. You need to beat Dark Rust at least once then go to any tower anywhere. Find a sparkling boss launch pad and go in there. The tower in Axle Town is mostly recommended because it's the strongest tower you can activate at this point in the game.

Well, ive tried to get rayquaza a few times so... i'll tell ya. 1.deafeat darkrust. this will only work 1 time after, so if u want to try again, u have to beat him again. 2.go to any tower area in the game. 3.get to the boss area with at least 2 keys.( pokemon's keys.) 4.beat the boss. u could get rayquaza. maybe a darkrai. either one.
