I can't seem to get past groundon in the last fort. Got any tips or polemic I'm supposed to use?

To get Giga Impact, you go to Toy Town and go to the Move-A-Majig closest to where Axew stands. It's a red ball on something like a tee with a twisting key at the top. It has lots of mini cubes in it. Easy to spot, too.
